Medium Wave Infrared Heaters
Infrared Heaters quickly transfer the heat and heats the targeted material. Infrared heaters are easily adaptable and suitable for the heating and drying applications, Medium wave Infrared is easily absorbable by plastic, water and other solvents.
The Medium wave infrared heaters manufactured by KERONE consist of spiral resistance coil placed pure vitreous silica fused quartz tube. The ceramic insulating caps at the end of the quartz tube are specially designed and fastened to the tube with high temperature cement to allow the tube to breath. They are made up of high quality material offering superior performance and long life. Because of their long life, these heaters are best suited for continuous process.
Features
- It is available in diameters of 8, 10, 12, 15 and 19 mm.
- The length varies from 300 to 1500 mm.
- They can be used in horizontal position.
- Specially designed heating coils ensure longer life.
- Maintenance required is least.
