Gravure Coating Machine

Gravure Coating Machine is based on an engraved roller running between a coating shower and fill up every engrave speck of the roller with coating fluid. It wipes out this surplus coating using the doctor blade. It saves this coating to the substrate when it moves between an engraved roller and a pressure roller.

One of the most common types of coaters today is the Gravure Coating Machine that applies less material, but with greater accuracy than other alternatives. Gravure Coating Machine is a very flexible coating procedure which can coat a thin layer of 3-65 micron wet scope with low consistency ranging between 30 and 2000 cps at speeds as high as 2300 fpm. This idea is always simple, or in other words, integral. The prepared roller from a coating dish collects the coating liquid, its excess is adjusted and the fluid is swapped from filled to the substrate. There are three sorts of Gravure coaters: some examples include direct gravure, reverse gravure, and differential offset gravure.
