ETP Sludge Dryer

The machine used in wastewater treatment procedures to lower the moisture content of sludge generated during the treatment of industrial or municipal wastewater is the ETP sludge drier. ETP sludge, the semi-solid residue left over from the treatment process, usually contains a lot of water. The sludge dryer removes this water content, leaving behind a drier and more workable substance.

ETP sludge dryer is a type of equipment used in wastewater treatment processes to reduce the moisture content of sludge produced during the treatment of industrial or municipal wastewater. he leftover semi-solid material from the treatment process, known as ETP sludge, frequently has a high water content. This water content is eliminated by the sludge dryer, producing a drier and more workable material.

KERONE conducted a number of technical studies on the state of the sludge treatment industry today and the features of sludge in different geographical areas. With a drying product moisture reduction of less than twenty-five percent, KERONE Concentrating developed a new generation of sludge rotary drum drying systems that ultimately met the quality requirements for sludge landfills and further incineration process conditions. Equipment technology is being sufficiently developed to have a reliable operating capacity and be incredibly easy to use and maintain.

Kerone has designed and manufactured sludge drying systems that are compatible with sludge producers of varying capacities. Drying systems can be placed in isolated areas of the plant or fitted beneath the filter press for direct loading. Nearly all of the water in the sludge, including the surface, capillary, and cell water, evaporates during the thermal drying process. Heat supply from mutual power and heat generation systems is required, if at all practicable. Recirculated from the exhaust is a large amount of the drying heat.
